Privacy Policy (Data Processing Principles)
We are the company Marek Sviridov MS AESTHETICS, ID No. (IČO) 01571141, with its registered office at Hradec Králové, K Hvězdárně 1686/34. We operate an e-shop on the website www.msaesthetics.cz. For the sale of our goods and the operation of our website, we process certain personal data.
The processing of personal data is governed in particular by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) („GDPR“).
I. Processing of Personal Data
1. Processing of personal data when using the contact form
If you enquire about our products and services, we will process the contact details you provide to us, primarily through the enquiry form. These are: First name and last name, e-mail address, phone number, and information about the goods the customer is interested in – for example, a specific product characteristic.
For what reason?
We use them to contact you for further arrangements regarding goods and services.
On what legal basis?
This processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR – negotiating an agreement, or taking steps at your request prior to entering into an agreement.
How long will we process the personal data?
If we do not establish further cooperation, we will process your data for a maximum of one year from our last communication.
2. Processing of personal data in the event of a purchase
If you purchase from us, we will process the data you fill out. These are primarily billing details: first name, last name, address, and phone contact.
For what reason?
We need to process the personal data to fulfill our contract – to deliver our goods or services to you. We will also use your contact details to communicate with you regarding the status of your order, or regarding claims or your inquiries.
We will further process personal data to fulfill our obligations arising from the law (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, or for processing claims).
On what legal basis do we process personal data?
This processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR – performance of a contract and Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR – compliance with our legal obligation.
How long will we process the personal data?
For the duration of the performance of our service and then for one year from the last provision of such service or delivery of goods.
3. Newsletters (Commercial Communications)
If you are a purchasing customer and you did not refuse it during the purchase, we will use your e-mail address to send out our newsletters.
On what legal basis?
This is permitted by Section 7 (3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on Certain Information Society Services, unless you opted out during the purchase.
How long will we process the personal data?
For 2 years from your last purchase. You can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time via e-mail or by contacting us at: msaestheticscz@gmail.com
II. Who Gets Access to the Data?
Your data remains with us. Nevertheless, some companies or individuals work for us and gain access to the data because they help us with running our e-shop. These are:
- the operator of the e-shop platform Shoptet (the company Shoptet a.s., with its registered office at Dvořeckého 628/8, Břevnov, 169 00, Prague 6, ID (IČO): 289 35 675, the company is registered with the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, File 25395)
- the company involved in the dispatch of goods (Zásilkovna)
- the company involved in processing payments (Zásilkovna / Shoptet Pay)
- the provider of the e-mailing service (msaestheticscz@gmail.com)
We process personal data only within the territory of the European Union.
III. What Else You Should Know
Our company has not appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO).
Our company does not engage in decision-making based on automated processing or profiling.

You can also request a copy of the processed personal data, request the deletion of personal data in certain situations, and in certain cases, you have the right to data portability. You can object to processing based on a legitimate interest.
If you believe that we are not handling your data correctly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the The Office for Personal Data Protection, or turn to a court with your claims.
These conditions are effective as of 1.4.2023.
