Competition Fitness Bikinis NDG

Yes. NDG Crystal Bikini Design specializes in handcrafted custom competition bikinis for Bikini Fitness, Wellness and Bodyfitness divisions.

Each set is created individually according to your measurements, competition division, preferred cut, colours and design.

The process begins by submitting a Custom Bikini Request.

• — Complete the online Custom Bikini Request and provide your current measurements, photographs and basic preferences.
• — Submitting the form is a request only and does not automatically constitute an accepted order.
• — Natalia / NDG will review your request individually and contact you by email to discuss your competition division, cut, size, design, timeline and price.
• — If NDG has the capacity to accept the project, the final order details will be confirmed with you.
• — Once the Custom Bikini Agreement has been accepted and the 50% deposit has been paid, the order becomes confirmed and production can begin.
• — Once the bikini is completed, the remaining 50% and any applicable shipping costs are paid.
• — The finished bikini is shipped or handed over personally.

The number of Custom-Made orders accepted may be limited according to NDG's current production capacity.

Standard production time is approximately 4–6 weeks.

During peak competition season or periods of higher demand, production may take approximately up to 8 weeks.

We therefore recommend submitting your request well in advance of your competition.

Custom orders are normally paid as follows:

• — 50% deposit before production begins
• — remaining 50% after completion and before dispatch or handover
• — any applicable shipping costs are paid together with the final balance

Full payment, cancellation and other conditions are provided in the Custom Bikini Agreement.

The standard NDG Custom-Made Bikini Package includes:

For NPC bikinis, it may be possible by prior individual agreement to purchase the bikini set only, without the matching jewellery package.

Yes. In our Ready to Sell / Rent section, you can find finished competition bikinis available without the standard Custom-Made production waiting time.

Each model includes its specific size, price, condition and availability.

If you love a particular design but its measurements are not suitable for you, you can submit a Custom Bikini Request to discuss creating a similar design specifically for you.

Yes. Selected Ready to Sell / Rent models are also available for rental.

For each model available for rental, information will be provided regarding:

• — rental fee
• — refundable security deposit
• — available rental period options
• — any additional applicable conditions

Availability is always confirmed individually according to your competition dates and current measurements.

Jewellery and other accessories are not automatically included with every rental. The exact rental contents will always be stated for the specific model or confirmed in advance.

We normally offer two options:

One competition weekend – suitable for one specific competition.

Competition season rental – for multiple competitions during one pre-agreed period, for a maximum of 60 days from receipt of the bikini.

If you have another competition after the agreed rental period, you may request an extension. An extension is possible by prior agreement and only if the bikini is not already reserved for another athlete.

Any additional rental fee for an extension is determined individually according to the length of the extension.

A refundable security deposit is paid together with the rental fee.

After the bikini is returned, we inspect its condition. If it is returned in the agreed condition and all rented accessories are included, the unused part of the deposit will normally be refunded within 7 business days.

If there is damage beyond normal wear or missing rented accessories, justified repair or replacement costs may be deducted from the deposit.

Minor wear resulting from proper competition use is not considered damage.

Damage may include, for example:

• — tearing or significant fabric damage
• — damage to seams or construction
• — significant crystal loss caused by improper handling
• — loss or damage of connectors, straps or other rented accessories
• — unauthorized alterations
• — loss or failure to return the bikini

The condition of the bikini may be documented with photographs or video before the rental begins.

Please do not wash, dry-clean, glue, sew, alter or re-stone the rented bikini yourself without prior approval from NDG.

Inspection, cleaning and standard maintenance are handled by us after the bikini is returned.

If you know in advance that you will not be able to return the bikini by the agreed deadline, please contact us as soon as possible. The return date may be extended by prior agreement.

If the bikini is returned late without an agreed extension, a late return fee of CZK 250 for each commenced day of delay, up to a maximum of CZK 2,000 per late-return occurrence, may apply.

Yes, subject to prior agreement.

If you decide during or after the rental period that you would like to keep the bikini, the rental fee may be deducted from the current purchase price.

The purchase option depends on the bikini's current condition, availability and any existing future reservations.

Competition bikinis do not fit like standard elastic swimwear.

Please carefully check the size and measurements listed for each finished model.

If you are unsure, contact us before purchasing or renting. Based on your current measurements, we can help you assess whether a particular model is suitable.

Custom-Made bikinis are produced according to the measurements provided by the client and subsequently confirmed during the ordering process.

Significant changes to your physique between confirming your measurements and the completion of your bikini or your competition may affect the final fit.

We therefore recommend providing the most current measurements possible and informing Natalia / NDG of any significant changes during your preparation.

Any subsequent alterations required due to changes in body weight, proportions, requested coverage, cut, top or padding may be subject to an additional charge in accordance with the Custom Bikini Agreement.
