I am Marek Sviridov, founder of MS Aesthetics and a posing coach specializing in Men’s Physique competitors. To me, MS represents a standard of discipline, aesthetics, and performance – not just on stage, but every single day. I am building a community of people who want to grow long-term and leave behind visible results.

My specialization is Posing, where I individually train competitors on how to present themselves best on stage. I consider myself one of the best in the field, which is why top competitors travel to see me for advice and inspiration. I love sharing my knowledge and experience to help others build confidence and master the art of presentation, which is crucial for success in competitions.

As part of MS AESTHETICS, I also organize MS Training Days, which are open not only to our team but also to the general public. These events are not just about training; they are about building a strong community that values mutual support, sharing experiences, and personal growth. I am convinced that in such an environment, everyone can find inspiration and motivation to achieve their goals.

I believe that everyone has the potential to become a better version of themselves, and I am determined to help people on their journey to success, whether they are at the very beginning or preparing for a competition. For me, my work is not just a profession, but a mission that brings me joy and fulfillment.

At MS Aesthetics, I lead NDG Crystal Bikini Design, creating luxury handmade competition bikinis made to measure for athletes. As an active competitor, I know exactly what works on stage, including the fit, proportions and the final wow effect under the lights. Every NDG set is crafted with exceptional attention to detail, premium crystals and a unique design signature.

At MS Aesthetics, I am responsible for the visual direction of the brand – design, web, and overall aesthetics. My goal is to elevate MS to a higher level and create visuals that match the standard of the people representing the brand. I build on clean design, details, and consistency across the web, social media, and campaigns.

I got into graphics at the age of 13, creating my first websites and logos. Gradually, it became a professional path that today combines design, technology, and strategic thinking. I am currently finishing my AI studies at VŠE FIS, combining a technological perspective with visual creation.

Sports have been part of my life since childhood. I started with taekwondo, later fitness, and today I am fully dedicated to Muay Thai at Lanna Gym, preparing for amateur fights. Discipline, consistency, and respect for the sport are values I also bring to my work for MS Aesthetics.

At MS Aesthetics, I take care of the visual content – photos, reels, and capturing the raw energy of the brand. I focus on training sessions, competitions, backstage, and moments that show the real standard of MS without sugarcoating. Content to me is not just about a nice shot, but about the atmosphere, discipline, and reality that stands behind the brand.

Sport to me is more than just movement – it is a lifestyle and a path to discipline. I am a competitor, but I also enjoy other sports throughout the year and love hiking. What connects me with MS Aesthetics is a long-term approach to sports, taking care of health, the body, and aesthetics.

I am a competitor and a personal trainer, and fitness to me is more than just prep for the stage – it is a lifestyle. I represent MS Aesthetics by how I train, how I think, and how I push myself forward every day. I believe in hard work, discipline, and consistency – because that is where true aesthetics come from.

At MS Aesthetics, I am in charge of social media, brand communication, and the content system that makes MS visible every day. I ensure a unified style, consistency, and community connection across the entire brand. I believe that long-term growth is built on discipline, quality, and a clear direction. I am thrilled about the direction MS Aesthetics is heading, and I am glad that I can support this growth from behind the socials because MS Aesthetics is not just a brand, it's a family!
