At MS Aesthetics, I am responsible for the brand’s visual direction — design, website, and overall aesthetics. My goal is to elevate MS to the next level and create visuals that reflect the standards of the people representing the brand. I focus on cleanliness, detail, and consistency across the website, social media, and campaigns.
I started working with graphic design at the age of 13, creating my first websites and logos. Over time, this evolved into a professional path that now connects design, technology, and strategic thinking. I am currently completing my studies in AI at the University of Economics in Prague (VŠE FIS), combining technological insight with visual creativity.
Sport has been part of my life since childhood. I started with taekwondo, later moved to fitness, and today I fully dedicate myself to Muay Thai at Lanna Gym, where I am preparing for amateur fights. Discipline, consistency, and respect for sport are values I also bring into my work for MS Aesthetics.
At MS Aesthetics, I take care of visual content — photos, reels, and capturing the real energy of the brand. I focus on training sessions, competitions, backstage moments, and situations that show the true MS standard without embellishment. For me, content is not just about a nice shot, but about atmosphere, discipline, and the reality behind the brand.
Sport is more than just movement for me — it is a lifestyle and a path to discipline. I am a competitor, but I also engage in other sports throughout the year and love mountain hiking. What connects me with MS Aesthetics is a long-term approach to sport, care for health, the body, and aesthetics.
At MS Aesthetics, I lead NDG Crystal Bikini Design, creating luxury handmade competition bikinis made to measure for athletes. As an active competitor, I know exactly what works on stage, including the fit, proportions and the final wow effect under the lights. Every NDG set is crafted with exceptional attention to detail, premium crystals and a unique design signature.
I am a competitor and personal trainer, and fitness is more than just stage preparation for me — it is a way of life. I represent MS Aesthetics through how I train, how I think, and how I improve every day. I believe in honest work, discipline, and consistency — because that is where true aesthetics are built.

My name is Marek Sviridov, founder of MS Aesthetics and a posing coach specializing in Men’s Physique competitors. MS represents a standard of discipline, aesthetics, and performance — not only on stage, but in everyday life. I am building a community of people who want long-term growth and results that truly show.
My main specialization is posing, where I individually coach competitors on how to present themselves at their best on stage. I consider myself one of the best in the field, which is why top-level athletes travel to work with me for guidance and inspiration. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and experience to help others build confidence and master the art of presentation, which is crucial for success in competition.
Within MS AESTHETICS, I also organize MS Training Days, which are open not only to our team but to the public as well. These events are not just about training — they are about building a strong community based on mutual support, shared experience, and personal growth. I firmly believe that in such an environment, everyone can find inspiration and motivation to reach their goals.
